Were working with one of the larger Managing Agents who have an immediate, urgent need an experienced Building Manager as follows: Working full time from site, Mon-Fri (hours to be confirmed)Development comprises 6 residential blocks and 5 commercial/retail unitsSite contains high tech facilities and services so the suitable Building Manager MUST have experience of modern Building Management Systems, FM exposure, ideally experience with heat networks and excellent H&S / Fire Risk knowledgeRequirements
