Requirements

Education: Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Experience: Experience in estimating within the fit-out or construction industry.Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
