Job Title: Residential Support Worker Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (plus £85.80 per sleep in, amounting to an additional £5,000 on top of base salary) Location: Uxbridge, UB8 Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as autism, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. My client is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join the team - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call! Starting salary between £26,500-£28,000 per annum - plus opportunity for up to 4 sleep-in bonus per week (1 per week = £4,800 per annum) Residential Support Worker will work closely with service users, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
