Job Description
Empowering Learning is working with local schools in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The schools seek candidates to support pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour.An experienced Behaviour Buddy will be confident in building rapport and trusting relationships to progress learning. This role involves working closely with class teachers and the SENDCO to implement a tailored learning approach where required.
Requirements
Have a Level 2 / 3 CACHE or NQT qualification
Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
Have previous experience of working in a UK Primary/Secondary School
Previous Teaching Assistant experience within the last 12 months
