We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team, primarily based in our Sevenoaks office with opportunities to work on-site across London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in building surveys, report writing, and contract administration, particularly focused on high-rise residential properties

Requirements

    Strong interest in building surveying, with a focus on high-rise residential properties.Willingness to learn and develop skills in building safety case preparation, contract administration, and client liaison.Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take minutes and understand the context of discussions.Valid UK driving license required.
