Aftersales Invoice / Claims Administrator - Southampton Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership Salary: £28-30k Salary: Basic - 28k - 30k Hours: Mon- Fri - 8.00am - 5.30pm Sats - As and when required (paid at overtime) The Job: - As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, you are a critical part the Service Team. - Your role is to support the Customer Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely and accurate administration processes. - Prepare cost estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company - Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation. - Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt. - Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in business processes. - Support the Service Team with effective WIP control. Relevant Experience Needed: - Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role. - Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration. - Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles. - Basic knowledge of service-relevant applications. - Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge. - General IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
