Our client is a well known local charity, and we are currently supporting them with the recruitment of a temporary administrator to work onsite on the outskirts of Ipswich. Whilst this is a temporary position there is a possibility it will turn into a permanent assignment. This is a varied role that would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar position. Duties to include: Be part of the executive support team Organising and attending meetings in a support capacity Basic diary arrangements Draft letters and reports Use of database We are recruiting this role for an immediate start however due to the nature of the charity, a full DBS check will need to be carried out before starting.
