An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plant Administrator to join a UK leading Telecommunications fleet management service. Generate and manage purchase orders for the department. Update and maintain in-house computer systems to reflect current stock levels accurately. Verify and reconcile invoices against system-generated purchase orders for payment processing. Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Requirements

Previous experience in a plant or tooling environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Proficient in IT, with strong skills in relevant software applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse situations and develop solutions.
Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
