Attitude is key - the team are looking for someone to match their passion, enthusiasm, work ethic and energy. This isn't your 'normal' job, and the role requires a truly resilient, diligent, and adaptable individual always willing to go the extra mile.Proven experience in an Events role for 2+ years, able to demonstrate clear examples of being involved with and leading on a diverse portfolio of events. This experience could be within a Hotel or Hospitality, an Events agency or a Charity or similar.Exceptional planning and organisational acumen, adept at documenting and tracking programs, expenses, and plans.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong numerical capabilities.Ability to operate independently within your role while seamlessly integrating within a broader team framework.Proficiency in multitasking and managing a varied workload, maintaining a calm approach under pressure.
