Job Description
We are delighted to be working alongside our exclusive, established and very friendly client as they seek to recruit an additional member of permanent staff within their Control / Customer Service Centre on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great business who are expanding again in 2024. This is a role where you will be working night-shifts (no lone working) on a rosta basis - four on, four off basis.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated professional with the following qualitiesExcellent planning and memory- you will be monitoring a number of incidents at any one time and your decisions directly affect both quality of service and company profitability.Team skills - you will need to work with a small team of people within the control room and good communication is essentialCustomer skills - an excellent telephone manner and the ability to reassure customers.
