Job Description
a reputable and expanding law firm, is seeking Property Paralegals and Admin Support staff to assist their busy Residential and Commercial Property departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing essential support in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with both residential and commercial property matters. Providing administrative support, including file management, data entry, and document preparation. Supporting fee earners in handling property transactions from instruction to completion. Inputting data and maintaining the firms client case management system. Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in property transactions.Requirements

A law degree or a suitable conversion qualification (minimum 2:2 or equivalent mark).
Prior legal experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements for Admin Support:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Keen attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
