Job Description
The Pre-Construction Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients expanding pre-construction team, managing pre-construction processes and deliverables on multiple large scale projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, including decarbonisation, renewable energy, data centre, healthcare, commercial, high rise residential, educational, and airport projects.
Requirements
A relevant third level education.. Strong building services background with minimum 5 years experience in mechanical or contract management or similar. . Competent understanding of mechanical systems in medium to large commercial projects.. Competent understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes and design coordination. . Excellent leadership and communication skills and previous experience in managing a team . Excellent time management skills. . Pro Efficient in Microsoft office Packages Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Microsoft teams.
