We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the Domestic Services team at Addenbrooke's Hospital. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Soft / Hard Facilities Management services preferably within a Domestic / Cleaning space, however this is not essential. The successful candidate will manage a highly trained team to deliver an efficient, profitable, and customer-focused domestic service, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policie
Requirements
Previous experience within Hard / Soft FM Services is desirable although not essential.Previous Experience within Cleaning / Domestic Services preferably within a hospital environment is desirable but not essential.Proven management experience preferably within a healthcare environment.Managing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality Cleaning serviceBeing obsessive about providing great customer serviceSound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworksSound financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and growing sales
