Vacancy - Bodyshop Workshop Controller - Cheshire AreaAre you an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller from the main dealer world or an independent looking for a new challenge to take your career to the next level?Our client, one of the best motor trade employers in the Northwest is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Workshop ControllerSalary:- Basic - 37k / Realistic OTE - 40k (uncapped)Hours:- Mon - Fri - 8.00am - 5.30pmSaturdays - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 4/5)The Role:You will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues. You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department assisting the Bodyshop ManagerRequirements
