Job Description

Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, the purpose to this role is to represent the brand to customers, manufacturers, shareholders and other staff from an administrative perspective. Including: Accounts Administration - invoicing & credit control / controlling debt; Control of work-in-progress (WIP); Clock card input; Creating job cards; Managing cost control & expenses; Booking flights & accommodation for Technicians/ Engineers and Managers; Reviewing 'Princess Connect' system and highlighting potential opportunities; Assisting with training of new staff on the Kerridge system & functionality; Assisting with the launch of the HubSpot system; Other general administrative duties.

Requirements

    Strong administrative skills; Proficient in the Kerridge system (preferred); Ability to juggle a busy workload; Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work; Team player; Experience within the Marine industry (Leisure Yachting) is preferred, but transferrable experience from the Motor Industry aftersales department would be of interest
