Job Description
We're looking for a Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care for our residents. This opportunity will oversee nursing homes in Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire - Brackley, Chipping Norton, Kettering and Northampton.
Requirements
you'll need to be equipped with a current NMC registration, RN (General) and evidence of continued professional development. An experience nurse, you've worked in a care home environment, and as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly-qualified nurses. You also have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Combining a sharp analytical mind with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans, your leadership will deliver impressive results
