Position Overview: My Client are currently seeking a Litigator to join our Employers Liability department. This role involves managing your own caseload of pre- and post-issue fast track employers liability claims. Whether you are qualified or qualified by experience, tenacity, ability, and enthusiasm are key to succeeding in this position. You will be rewarded for your success with a commission structure that provides a percentage of every case you winno hurdles, no caps, ensuring you benefit from every case you bring to completion.Requirements

Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.
Tenacity and a focus on advancing cases through litigation.
Experience managing EL fast-track cases, with familiarity with the portal.
Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and trends in litigation.
Demonstrable experience handling litigated files from inception to trial.
Previous experience with Proclaim case management system is advantageous.
