Job Description
Established Facilities Management organisation seeks an experienced Contract Manager to be accountable for all Contract Management activities associated with Hard Services for assigned clients. The role involves ensuring both PPM and Reactive works are completed, sites are compliant, and managing organic growth and client liaison as required.
Requirements
You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA). You must have previous experience working as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
