Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor Location: Beaconsfield, Oxford, Cheltenham Salary: Competitive Job Reference: 36909 Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm, is looking to recruit talented and driven Civil Litigation Solicitors to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the Civil Litigation department across multiple offices. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters. Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with the Beaconsfield role ideal for a more junior candidate seeking development and mentoring. Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department. Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression. Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation, with experience in managing your own caseload. Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills. The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. For the Beaconsfield role, junior solicitors or those looking to further develop their skills are encouraged to apply.
