Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a construction-based firm based within the midlands, Kettering region who are expanding their commercial team by on boarding an Estimator.As an Estimator, you will be tasked to carry out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans and tenders for a range of clients including, sub-contractors, developers and private clients. In addition, you will assist reviewing residential and commercial projects with new and existing clients.
Requirements
Previous industry experiences working within the building industry (e.g., residential, commercial, building merchant etc.,).Holding relevant experience amounting to a minimum of 5 years' experience.Deadline-driven, highly organised and proficient with industry trends and regulations.Effectively managing multiple projects.
