Google Test Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Google Test Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves leading the testing efforts for a complex integration project aimed at synchronizing user details across multiple systems, automating manual processes, and managing ETL routines for data movement. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing both technical testing and user acceptance testing, guiding users through OAT (Operational Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensuring the project meets its quality standards.

Requirements

To qualify for the Google Test Lead role, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience leading complex integration projects from start to finish, coupled with 3 years of hands-on experience in testing similar projects. Experience with digital identity management and data migration testing using ETL tools, such as Talend, is essential. Candidates should also be familiar with Google Workspace and Google Admin Console, and have a background in testing procedural documentation. Ideally, applicants will have experience with Patronum Policies and Forms, data validation in Microsoft Active Directory, and using JIRA for test management. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance leadership with hands-on execution are crucial. A proactive and collaborative approach is required to successfully manage and guide the testing process.
