Asbestos Surveyor - Gloucester £33,000 - £37,500 with a Full Benefits Package Our client is a multidisciplined, UKAS accredited titan within the Environmental sector that has been established for over 30 years, looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor ­___________________________________________________________________________ The position will require travel into Bristol and the Midlands as the company have taken on a contract with a housing association, so having an Asbestos Surveyor in Gloucester is vital, that is able to travel but also help on Commercial sites is invaluable. Hence why they offer a 'Quality and Productivity' Bonus Scheme worth up to £3,000 annually split monthly, on top of your basic salary! __________________________________________________________________________________ Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor: Able to identify Asbestos containing materials Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines. Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 certification. Minimum 2 years' post-qualification survey experience. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel. Flexible working and IT proficiency, including TEAMS.
