Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll and HR Analytics Officer for a charitable organisation based in Bradford. The role will involve processing monthly and weekly payroll, producing HR and Payroll reporting and analysing data. We are looking for someone with previous payroll experience, good analytical skills, and strong experience of using Excel.Requirements

Previous payroll experienceKnowledge of taxation and auto-enrolment pensionStrong Excel skills - Pivot tables, V Lookups, formulas, dashboards etc.Ability to present complex data insights into clear reporting and presentationsAn understanding of HR practices and processes is an advantage
