Job Description
Help/Manage Commercial Team to ensure effective working & communicationsAdminister construction contracts, including tendering, reviews, negotiations etc.Assist with workforce oversight / subcontractor deployment & time keepingMeet with subcontractors throughout the works & approving stage payments, including accurate take offs & measurementsEvaluate & process change ordersGenerate regular cost reports & forecasts to provide Construction Manager & Directors with up-to-date financial informationMaintain accurate records of all cost related documents, contracts, invoices, payments & correspondenceCommunicate effectively with the wider teamSupport & seek best values in other areas of the business, advising & assisting where neededWhat wed like from youRequirements
