    3+ years within a similar sales leadership, management role.Proven track record in sales account management and winning new business.A strong desire for success; hold a hunter mindset.Commitment to do the hard and uncomfortable things it takes to achieve that success.Self-disciplined person who takes full personal responsibility for own performance and team performance.Confident decision maker.
