As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to young residents, helping them to achieve their full potential and navigate the challenges they face. Previous experience in a residential care or support role is advantageous, but not essential.A genuine passion for working with young people and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with young people.Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3) is desirable but not essential.
