Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the financial management of a significant £150M student accommodation new build project in Belfast. This is a remote working role with occasional site visits to Belfast and coordination meetings in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring the project is delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

    ducation: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the student accommodation or residential sectors.Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost management techniques. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Technology: Proficiency in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
