Our client are a well-established growing law firm who are seeking a Receptionist based in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis. They have several offices and teams catering to different law specialties from family law to wills and probates and more. Responsibilities of the Receptionist Greeting and booking in visitors and clients. Answering telephone calls via Teams. Manage the enquiries email box. Maintain meeting rooms and reception area. General administrative and postal duties. Maintain vehicle records for employees in case of parking issues. Requirements for a successful Receptionist Minimum 4 years' Reception experience. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Teams. Full clean UK driving licence with a willingness to travel to other sites.
