Requirements

Have confidence managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class Encourage the development of social skills and supporting students' individual needs Hold a QTS certificate (or the PGCE equivalent). Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in KS1. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create a supportive learning environment.
