Job Description
As an individual with a Youth Worker background, working as a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for students in secondary schools. You will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged with the pre-set work, and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Requirements
The successful Cover Supervisor will have; Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a youth work or educational setting. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
