Requirements

Qualified accountant with suitable FP&A experience, preferably from a large organisation and, ideally, financials services, either Investment Management or PE.Strong numerical, analytics and data management skills.Capable of working with large data sets and distilling conclusions clearly and succinctly.Advanced ExcelGood working knowledge of PowerPoint and experience of preparing presentations.Effective communications skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels across the organisation.A working knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.Ability to work independently to tackle and solve complex issues.Candidates should be strongly motivated by BII's development mission and ideally demonstrate some commitment to development or social goals through previous executive or non-executive activity.The ideal candidate is enthused by the complexity and ambiguity of the markets and products BII operate with and within and should be smart, fun, collaborative, creative, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, open-minded and effective, flexible in nature as the firm continues to grow and evolve
