Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You’ll chat with customers over the phone and via email while being given the freedom to help them in a way you would like to be helped. You’ll take ownership of their needs and find a way, no matter what, to figure things out with them. We want great people who do more because we care.
