The Role: Based in Slough, UK, the Procurement Manager will work as part of the senior leadership team within the operations function. Overseeing a global supply base spanning China, the EU, and the US, the successful candidate will develop and execute the procurement strategy to support business growth and ensure consistent material quality and delivery. Leading a team of four, the role requires setting strategic goals and delivering cost-effective sourcing solutions

Requirements

The company is looking for a proven leader with a successful track record in Procurement Management, particularly within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global setting. Essential Qualifications & Skills for the Procurement Manager job: Degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in international sourcing. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data-driven decision making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to travel internationally as required.
