Our client manages a portfolio of 100+ properties, in excess of 300 tenants, including national and independent tenants, primarily located in market towns across YorkshireRequirements

Experience in property maintenanceFamiliar with the local areaFully conversant with MS Office and database style software (We use a Property Management software called Released having recently transitioned from Decorus).Flexible approach and be able to work well within a team environment.Excellent attention to detail.Organisation skills and ability to work on their own initiative.Well presented, acting as an ambassador for the business at all times.Enjoy working with software and work with the business to help embed Released to its full extent.Good Communication Skills - Written and verbal.
