Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CDM Principal Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of all our construction projects, working closely with our design and construction teams to embed safety and regulatory compliance from inception through to completion.Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Professional membership with APS, IOSH, or similar.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Designer role within the construction industry.Comprehensive understanding of CDM Regulations 2015.Proven track record of managing health and safety in a variety of project types, including commercial, housing, high-rise, heritage, and government buildings.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide project teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
