Morgan McKinley is excited about this opportunity to join a growing Finance team as a Assistant Financial Controller based in Swindon. This is a hybrid role and working and a supportive environment.Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will be managing the small Cash management function with 7 direct reports: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash flow reporting, as well as production of our annual accounts, tax and compliance, and supporting the Financial Controller.This role will interact with key internal and external stakeholders in the business. Our client can offer hybrid working of 3 days based in the office and 3 days working from home, flexible working, bonus, the opportunity to grow within the organisation and much more.

Requirements

    · Qualified accountant CIMA/ACA/ACCA· Good people management skills with previous experience leading and motivating a team· Management and Statutory accounts experience.
