We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or retail environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings.
