Job Description

Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final review, ensuring designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the design team, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.Act as the primary design contact, managing client expectations, presenting design solutions, and facilitating cross-department collaboration.Ensure technical accuracy, material selection, and compliance with building codes, while maintaining high standards of quality control.Monitor design budgets, implement value engineering, and identify potential risks, ensuring cost-effective and risk-mitigated design solutions.

Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExperienced in façade & Curtain Wall designProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a deep understanding of façade systems, materials, and building codes.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
