Job Description
We are looking for support staff who are eager to try new things and are up for a challenge, are friendly, active able to think outside the box. You will be supporting a gentleman that has a learning disability with everyday tasks, such as washing, cleaning, cooking, personal care, attending appointments, and developing relationships and life skills.
Requirements
A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
