Oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract law and industry standards

Requirements

    Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the Care Home, Social Housing, Local Authority, Later Living, Retirements, Residential sectors.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within the £10m - £25m range.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices.
