Requirements

    Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the Care Home, Social Housing, Local Authority, Later Living, Retirements, Residential sectors.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within the £10m - £25m range.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices.
