Job Description
We're currently recruiting a driven Group Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Group Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted hot and cold beverages to our customers whilst supporting the wider business growing our teams. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as a Barista Ability to work flexibly Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally at all team levelsDemonstrates Compass values and principlesUnderstands and has knowledge of Client Food ProgramAbility to learn and effectively implement directivesStrong communicator that can confidently speak at team and middle management levels within the businessCommunicate and collaborate across many teams about projects taking place within their own unit
