BMS Construction Manager

Job Description

As a BMS Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both the development and expansion of our service base, as well as in major new construction projects. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth within our successful business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of onsite project delivery within your region, collaborating closely with our engineering and subcontractor teams. The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with various site professionals and manage all logistical aspects of the construction phase to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Requirements

At least 3 years of site supervision experience in construction, with a background in BMS and control systemsStrong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience in managing large projects with multiple stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong people skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitudeExperience managing health and safety in constructionValid ECS/CSCS Card, SSSTS, PASMA/IPAF
