To deliver lifestyle clinical assessments of patientsTo be proactive in the design of health promotion campaigns empowering employees with the knowledge to make informed decisions on their healthTo provide evidence-based advice tailored to the patient’s health profile (adiposity, biochemistry, blood screening) and stage of behaviour changeTo formulate and implement written action plans based on treatment prescription, which is modified for the applicable stage of changeTo support patients living with lifestyle induced disease to make positive and sustainable lifestyle choices for enhanced chronic disease managementTo deliver evidence-based exercise sessions to groupsTo interpret clinical data and assess patients’ clinical risk, making informed decisions whether to escalate to GP or OH practitioners for further investigation and managementSkills
