A specialist health, safety, and construction design risk management consultancy based in the Midlands is looking to add another CDM Advisor to their amazing H&S team! A one off opportunity to join such a collaborative and supportive company who really focus on personal career and skill development. They work on a broad range of projects such as sport facilities, residential towers and town re-developments. The CDM Advisor Role The successful CDM Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations across a variety of construction projects. Acting as the Client CDM Advisor, delivering expert guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases. Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to and risks are effectively managed. Coordinating with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare and review essential health and safety documentation, including pre-construction information and construction phase plans. Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to large commercial builds, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in CDM advisory roles. Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and health and safety practices. A background in construction or design. Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, TechIOSH, or APS membership. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
