Options Autism are hiring a House Manager in Roxby, near Scunthorpe! Role: House Manager Salary: £30,420.16 per annum Hours: Full Time, Permanent (43 hours per week, 7 day rota) Location: Roxby, Lincolnshire The Opportunity Our next House Manager will have: Mandatory: Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent qualification (willing to work towards Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care) Previous experience of working in a residential setting Experience of leading and motivating teams Ability to effectively train individuals and groups Some of your duties will be as follows: supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and Team Leaders working as a proactive role model within the team For a full list of duties please see the job description attached. The Location Options Autism are looking for a House Manager to join our team at Roxby House which is a specialist service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.
