Requirements

    Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or with challenging behavior is essential.

    Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, social work, or a related field are desirable but not essential.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

    Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.

    A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of pupils.

    Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures
