We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in restoring Grade 1 listed buildings to join our team. This role is based in Matlock, with projects located within a 1-hour radius. If you have hands-on experience as a time-served joiner or builder and have progressed into site management, we want to hear from you!Requirements

Previous experience working on restoration projects, particularly on Grade 1 listed buildings.A time-served joiner or builder with practical knowledge who has transitioned into a Site Manager role.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and heritage preservation specifications.Proficient in managing multiple trades and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.Requirements:Proven track record in listed building restoration.Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and regulations.Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.Full UK driving licence.
