Page Personnel are working with a well established Logistics business based in Durham, due to growth within the team, they have a new, permanent Finance Assistant position available and can offer full AAT study support within this opportunity. Our client are looking for a diligent and experienced candidate to join their existing team on a permanent basis. Our client are looking for a diligent and experienced candidate to join their existing team on a permanent basis. Description Processing invoices and bank reconciliations. Using MS Excel on a daily basis and assisting with reporting and analysis. Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Contributing to the development of financial procedures and policies. Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns. Assisting with month end duties as and when required. Working with the team to streamline financial processes. Profile A degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer Salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience + permanent position + full AAT study support + Hybrid working arrangement can be offered + 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) + excellent staff benefits package.
