Requirements
Proven experience in a Care Home Manager role, ideally with 3+ years of experience.NMC Registered Nurse.SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.Ability to implement and sustain management standards, including covering for Home Managers on leave and supporting homes without a substantive Home Manager.Strong motivation to engage and empower staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.Leadership and initiative to drive continuous improvement.Adaptability to thrive in a busy and changing environment.
