Job Description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Back of House (BOH) Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the BOH function and to support our kitchen team. As a BOH Coordinator you will be working alongside our chefs and kitchen to efficiently manage stock; orders, stock take and deliveries. You will assist in our planning to ensure we use the best suppliers in the best way, with the right stock at the right time. We’ll also be asking you to work closely with the wider kitchen team to lead on COSHH practices, and lead on our cleaning and maintenance schedules. The role is contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, primarily Monday to Friday. Could you bring your spark to Universities?

Requirements

    Previous experience in a similar back of house / stores role. Clean Full UK driving licence. Must be over 18 years old due to company insurance. Microsoft proficient – use of Outlook, Teams and Excel.
